Meet ORJ Founder

Empress Ayana, a Connecticut native, is a Lifestyle Elevation Specialist, Certified Holistic Health Consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience empowering Black women and diverse communities. As founder of ONYX Restorative Justice LLC (ORJ), she creates safe spaces for Black women entrepreneurs, offering support in brand development, strategic marketing, and business optimization to enhance visibility and success.

She studied Human Services at Cambridge College and Communications with a concentration in the Human Condition at Fairfield University, further enriching her understanding of human development and empowerment. Empress Ayana's professional background spans organizational leadership in diversity and anti-oppression, project management, workshop facilitation, productivity assessment, and motivational speaking. Creatively, she has flourished as a makeup artist, creative director, dance fitness instructor, podcast host, and event facilitator.

Empress Ayana combines over 20 years of expertise in leadership, project management, and motivational speaking. With a mission rooted in accountability, emotional intelligence, and self-actualization, she inspires individuals to thrive personally and professionally.
